His freshman year in college at The University of North Texas, Chad W. Sellers started a Disc Jockey company called Audio X-Press to help pay the bills and to try some marketing ideas that he had.  Fortunately enough for him, the company was a hit.  He was soon going to school during the week and playing music for weddings on the weekends.  After graduating from The University of North Texas with B.A. in Sociology and an emphasis in Real Estate, he pursued his career in real estate. He started as an agent for RE/MAX North Associates in Denton where he achieved the highest number of sales for a rookie his first year. After many great years at RE/MAX North Associates he became the Vice President of Specialized Realty Group - Austin where he and his wife got the chance to move back to his home town of Round Rock, TX near Austin. Sellers then took his ambitions to the limits and opened up Texas Property Shop.
