The process is quite simple. The first thing to do would be to give me
a call so we can go over some of the details of putting your house on the
market. We will then set up an appointment for me to come out to your
house or property and give you a market analysis.
A market analysis is an opinion of the value of your house or property based
on features of your property and the selling prices of the properties around
yours. We call that a Comparative Market Analysis or (CMA) and when I gather
enough information about your property and the comparable properties we can
assign a value to your property. For more information give me a call or

The first thing to do would be to get you pre-qualified for the amount of the
property. We have many different mortgage companies that we can recommend
to you. Check the "Links" page for more
information. The next step is to set up an appointment to preview the
property. We would then go out to the property and see if it is the right
one for you. If you like the property, we would then make an offer and
wait for the sellers response.
